Great for beginners, this 3-Week program aims to build your strength, help you fall in love with strength training, and build your confidence in handling weights. The great thing about this challenge, is that we will all be at different levels, and you can increase the intensity of the workouts by using a higher KG of weights. If you need a guide, I will be using 5kg weights in all of the workouts shown in this challenge. Equipment Needed: 2 x Large Dumbbells
