This is a 6 Week Food Plan - a great place to start for newcomers to Happy Healthy & Rosie. Combine this with one of the Fitness Challenges, or just focus on increasing your steps each day with no workouts - it's totally up to you! Do keep in mind (if your goal is weight loss) that fat loss comes from 80% of what you're eating and 20% from exercising. So do make sure to really concentrate on what you're consuming. You'll get great results if you work hard to stick to the food plan as much as possible. Are you ready to change your life, to feel happier, more comfortable, fitter, stronger? The first week might feel uncomfortable for you, but it's a RESET and if we gave up on everything that felt hard what would we ever accomplish in life? You may have done other plans and given up. Not this time babe. Your motivation will come AFTER you take action, so dust yourself off, get organised and let's do this right. You can change your life! You can start this whenever you like, but once you start you have to see it through no matter if you have a few bad days. Join the Facebook Group for extra motivation. We have got this! Please note: When selecting your start date, you can select any date. However, the challenge is set out with days of the week starting on Monday's so it is advised to select a Monday as a start date. But not essential.
