If you haven't achieved the goals you wanted to this year, and have a holiday coming up or just want to feel your best in the Summer months - this 6 Week Food Plan is perfect for achieving your goals. Combine this with one of the Fitness Challenges, or just focus on increasing your steps each day with no workouts - it's totally up to you! Do keep in mind (if your goal is weight loss) that fat loss comes from 80% of what you're eating and 20% from exercising. So do make sure to really concentrate on what you're consuming. You'll get great results if you work hard to stick to the food plan as much as possible. You may have done other plans and given up. Not this time babe. Your motivation will come AFTER you take action, so dust yourself off, get organised and let's do this right. The challenge is viewable on the 17th April so you can start planning your shopping list to get started.
