3-Cheese Pizza

20 Minute 3-Cheese Pizza. So much cheese and cheaper than getting takeout!

Serves: 4 Time: 20 minutes



  • 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 30g Parmesan, Grated

  • 60g Mozzarella Cheese, Grated

  • 220g Sourdough Pizza Bases (Tesco)

  • 250g Ricotta Cheese

  • 60g Rocket

  • 60g of any Colourful Salad

  • 1 Pack of Basil Leaves

  • 1 Pack of Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Heat the oven to 220°C.

  2. Brush each pizza base with some olive oil, then evenly spread the ricotta over the bases.

  3. Scatter over the mozzarella, parmesan and season with black pepper.

  4. Bake in the oven according to the pizza base instructions. Making sure the cheese melts nicely.

  5. While the pizza is cooking, halve the tomatoes and add to a large bowl with the rocket, salad of your choice and basil leaves.

  6. Toss this with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  7. Once your pizzas are ready, remove them from the oven and spoon over the salad mixture.
