5 Minute Wild Salmon Salad

5 Minute Wild Salmon Salad. Delicious and a large portion to get you nice and filled up on the weekend.

Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes



  • 3 Carrots

  • 2 Courgettes

  • 2 Cooked Beetroot, chopped

  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

  • ⅓ Small Pack of Fresh Dill, chopped

  • 1 Small Red Onion, diced

  • 280g Poached or Canned Wild Salmon

  • (or use Smoked Salmon)

  • Pack of preferred salad leaves

  • 2 Tablespoons Capers (optional)


  1. Shred the carrots and courgette into spaghetti strips with a spiraliser and divide into two bowls.

  2. Add the salad leaves, beetroot, balsamic vinegar, chopped dill and diced red onions into a small bowl and spoon over the veg.

  3. Flake over the salmon evenly and scatter with capers and extra dill. Easy!
