When it comes to getting back into shape and shedding fat...There are so many mistakes that people make.

One of which is people cutting back TOO FAR!
I'm pretty sure that most people know what has made them overweight in the first place.
Eating unhealthy meals
Too many takeaways
Drinking too much alcohol
Not drinking enough water
Not exercising
But the thing is, when people start out all motivated and ready to go...
(Which is usually on a Monday morning after a weekend binge)
They cut back TOO MUCH!
(big mistake)
If you overcompensate for eating "bad" by cutting back portion sizes or reducing calories too much...
Maybe you even skip meals out completely?
This is one of the worst things to do!
Why?
For a start off, you're setting yourself up to FAIL.
Not only will cutting back too far and skipping meals send hunger hormones through the roof.
Which will just cause you to nose dive into the biscuit tin as soon as you walk in the door But, it also slows down your metabolism.
A slow metabolism can seriously hinder your results AND your energy levels!
It's also not sustainable.
There is a reason why you have been yo-yo dieting for years!
There is NO need to skip meals
And NO need to starve
No counting calories or counting points

Let's improve your relationship with food. Please don't skip meals. Please don't focus on the numbers - it's all be done for you!
This is a lifestyle change and you'll stay much more consistent for longer if we make our goals about getting fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
And NOT focusing on a set calorie limit or tracking every single thing that passes your lips.
You have to enjoy the journey x
