10 Minute B.L.T. Sandwich. Ooooff what a treat - perfect for lunch.
Serves: 2 Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
4 Slices of Crusty Granary or Sourdough Bread
1 Beef Tomato, sliced
4 Lettuce Leaves
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
225g Lean Bacon
Method
Heat the grill to medium.
Pop the bacon under the grill and cook until crisp, or to your liking.
Once ready, build your BLT in your crusty bread with the remaining ingredients, serve and enjoy.
Easy peasy and feels such a treat!
