Baked Seabass

20 Minute Baked Seabass. So easy and so quick, fresh and healthy - yum!

Serves: 2 Time: 20 minutes



  • 200g Sea Bass Fillets or other similar fish

  • 4 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Lemon, zested, and juiced

  • 2 Tablespoons Capers

  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

  • 160g Tenderstem Broccoli

  • 360g Baby Potatoes

  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped


  1. Heat the oven to 220°C.

  2. Pop the potatoes in a pan of salted water and bring to a boil. Remove when tender and keep warm.

  3. Mix 3 tablespoons of oil together with the zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, mustard, capers, seasoning and a splash of water.

  4. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, brush the remaining oil on the fillets and season them well.

  5. Then bake in the oven for 8 minutes, until fully cooked.

  6. Meanwhile, steam your broccoli and once everything is ready serve altogether with the dressing drizzled over.
