Berry Burst Breakfast Smoothie. Super yummy and perfect for those with strong weight loss goals!
Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
200ml coconut milk (or any milk)
100g blueberries (or any berries)
1tsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 small banana
ice cubes
Method
You can use frozen or fresh fruit. Prepare them in advance by chucking all the ingredients (apart from the milk) into a sealable bag and put in the freezer.
In the morning, just whack into the blender, add the milk and hey presto! Ready in 1 min.
