Berry Protein Breakfast Fluff

Super easy alternative to a protein shake, packed with protein and vitamins!

Serves: 1 Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients
150g mixed berries
35g scoop vanilla whey protein powder
60ml almond milk, unsweetened
Handful of strawberries
Method
Throw all the ingredients into a bowl, then use a hand blender to mix until smooth.
Next, using an electric whisk, whisk the mixture for 5-8 minutes until it gains volume and becomes fluffy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
