Berry Protein Breakfast Fluff

Super easy alternative to a protein shake, packed with protein and vitamins!




Serves: 1 Time: 8 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 150g mixed berries

  • 35g scoop vanilla whey protein powder

  • 60ml almond milk, unsweetened

  • Handful of strawberries


Method

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a bowl, then use a hand blender to mix until smooth.

  2. Next, using an electric whisk, whisk the mixture for 5-8 minutes until it gains volume and becomes fluffy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
