20 Minute Big Mac Bowl. Craving a Maccies? This should hit the spot, gherkins optional but oh wow - loaded fries, no other words needed.

Serves: 2 Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
200g steak mince, 5% fat
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon pepper
4 little gem lettuce, shredded
200g white potatoes, sliced into fries (or use frozen chips)
handful jalapenos (optional)
handful gherkins, sliced
handful coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon Hellmans Burger Sauce (tastes just like Big Mac Sauce)
Method
Throw the oil in a pan on medium heat, once hot chuck in the onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes until softened. Once done, throw in the mince and use a spatula to break it up. Cook for a few minutes, then throw in the cumin and stir to combine. Cook until the mince is fully cooked through.
Next, you can either whack the fries onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-25 mins until crispy. Or you can heat vegetable oil in a wok until very hot and throw your fries into the hot oil for 5 minutes until crispy. Make sure to be careful of spitting oil and place the fries onto kitchen roll after to blot out some of the oil.
Meanwhile, prepare all your veggies and lettuce.
Once everything is done, load up a bowl with shredded lettuce, then your fries, next add the mince and then top with the gherkins and jalapenos. Drizzle over the burger sauce and sprinkle of coriander. YUM!!!
