Veggie lunch so easy to make!

Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
Bag of salad leaves
½ cucumber, sliced
75g feta cheese, cubed
75g blueberries
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
½ lemon, juiced
Method
Toast the bread, then tear into smaller pieces.
Make a dressing with the olive oil, honey, lemon juice and black pepper.
Assemble the salad, evenly spreading the ingredients into each bowl.
Then drizzle over the dressing. Done!
