Cinnamon Granola

Great recipe to pre-make your own granola, serves 16.




Serves: 16 Time: 30 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 150g rolled oats

  • 115g walnuts, chopped

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp almond butter

  • 110mls maple syrup

To serve with

  • Handful of berries

  • 150g plain Greek yoghurt


Method

  1. Heat the oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix the oats, walnuts and cinnamon in a bowl adding a pinch of salt.

  2. Next, add the almond butter and maple syrup, mix until well combined and sticky.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the baking tray and bake for 15 mins on the middle shelf in the oven. Once done, remove the tray and stir the mixture to break it up a little and whack back into the oven for a further 10-12 mins until golden brown.

  4. Remove the tray from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool down. Once cooled, store in an airtight container for up to one week.


To serve: serve with your fave berries and 150g plain Greek yoghurt per person
