Coffee Rush Chia Puddings

Coffee Rush Chia Puddings. Overnight Chia Pudding recipe, that you can make the night before and enjoy for breakfast the next day. Can be made in advance, up to 3 days. If you are exercising, enjoy with sprinkle of your fave nuts/granola on top!

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes



  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 160ml Room Temperature Black Coffee

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Cream, the solid creamy part at the top of canned

  • coconut milk

  • 1⁄4 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tsp Coconut Sugar (or Brown)


  1. Combine all wet ingredients into a mason jar or a tupperware container is fine.

  2. Throw in the Chia Seeds and mix for 15 seconds. Leave to stand for 10 minutes and mix again for 15 seconds. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Enjoy for breakfast. Can be made up to 3 days in advance.
