Crunchy Tuna Wraps

5 Minute Crunchy Tuna Wraps. I do love a healthy wrap - perfect for lunch at home or on the go.

Serves: 4 Time: 5 minutes


 

Ingredients

  • 2 x 160g Canned Tuna in water, drained

  • 100g Celery, chopped finely

  • 3 Spring Onions, chopped finely

  • 1 Handful Sliced Water Chestnuts, chopped

  • 1 Red Pepper, sliced

  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

  • 2 Teaspoons Mustard

  • 4 Spinach Tortillas, or other variety of veggie based tortilla wraps

  • 1 Large Handful Spinach

Method

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients together, apart from the spinach and tortillas.

  2. Spread the mixture over the tortillas, sprinkle the spinach on top, roll and then store in the fridge in tinfoil ready for lunch on the go.
