10 Minute Garlic Halloumi Naan. Cheese and bread? Yes please!
Serves: 2 Time: 10 Mins
Ingredients
250g Halloumi, cut into slices
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon Mayo
2 Tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Naan per person
Little Gem Lettuce, unlimited
2 Large Tomatoes, sliced
Method
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, once nice and hot add the halloumi slices and fry for 2 minutes each side. Once done set aside.
In the same pan, increase the heat, then throw in the butter until melted. Next, throw in the garlic and some seasoning. Once nice and hot, add the naans to the pan and push down with a spatula to get the naan nice and crispy and the garlicky butter sears into the naan. After a minute or two, flip and do the same on the other side.
Finally, prep all your salad bits and serve up with the naan, halloumi, and drizzled over the mayo and sweet chilli sauce. Super easy!
