Goat’s Cheese & Avo Toast

Veggie breakfast or lunch perfect for the weekend!

Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
4 small slices of bread
1 ripe avocado
30g goats cheese or feta
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
½ lime, juiced
Chillli flakes
Method
Toast the bread. Meanwhile smash the avocado with a fork and then divide among the bread slices.
Top with crumbled cheese, season well and then drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Yum!
