Goat’s Cheese & Avo Toast

Veggie breakfast or lunch perfect for the weekend!

Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes



  • 4 small slices of bread

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 30g goats cheese or feta

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

  • ½ lime, juiced

  • Chillli flakes


  1. Toast the bread. Meanwhile smash the avocado with a fork and then divide among the bread slices.

  2. Top with crumbled cheese, season well and then drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Yum!
