Green Goddess Breakfast Smoothie

Green Goddess Breakfast Smoothie. Super yummy and perfect for those with strong weight loss goals!

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes



  • Handful kale or spinach

  • 1/2 banana

  • 4 strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 200ml of coconut milk or water

  • ice cubes if you're not freezing beforehand


  1. You can use frozen or fresh fruit. Prepare them in advance by chucking all the ingredients (apart from the milk) into a sealable bag and put in the freezer.

  2. In the morning, just whack into the blender, add the milk and hey presto! Ready in 1 min.
