Green Goddess Breakfast Smoothie. Super yummy and perfect for those with strong weight loss goals!

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Handful kale or spinach
1/2 banana
4 strawberries, fresh or frozen
200ml of coconut milk or water
ice cubes if you're not freezing beforehand
Method
You can use frozen or fresh fruit. Prepare them in advance by chucking all the ingredients (apart from the milk) into a sealable bag and put in the freezer.
In the morning, just whack into the blender, add the milk and hey presto! Ready in 1 min.
