Hello-New-Me Burger

10 Minute Hello-New-Me Burger. Can't go wrong with a halloumi burger, just say yes!

Serves: 2 Time: 10 minutes




  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

  • 125g Halloumi Cheese, cut into 4 slices

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 2 Brioche Buns

  • 2 Tablespoons Hummus

  • 1⁄2 Large Beef Tomato, thinly sliced

  • Butterhead Lettuce Leaves

  • 2 Tablespoon Fresh Tomato Salsa


  1. Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil in and cook the halloumi on both sides until nice and golden.

  2. Cut the buns in half and toast them under the grill for a few minutes, ensuring they don't burn.

  3. When golden remove them from the oven and spread them with a layer of hummus and build the burger with tomatoes, lettuce and salsa.

  4. Finally add the halloumi and enjoy!
