10 Minute Hello-New-Me Burger. Can't go wrong with a halloumi burger, just say yes!

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
125g Halloumi Cheese, cut into 4 slices
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Brioche Buns
2 Tablespoons Hummus
1⁄2 Large Beef Tomato, thinly sliced
Butterhead Lettuce Leaves
2 Tablespoon Fresh Tomato Salsa
Method
Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil in and cook the halloumi on both sides until nice and golden.
Cut the buns in half and toast them under the grill for a few minutes, ensuring they don't burn.
When golden remove them from the oven and spread them with a layer of hummus and build the burger with tomatoes, lettuce and salsa.
Finally add the halloumi and enjoy!
