Homemade Granola

Homemade Granola. Enjoy 40g granola with milk or yoghurt. Perfect for an energy boost before or after our Workouts.

Serving Size: 40g per person Time: 20 minutes



  • 200g Rolled Oats

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 150ml Maple Syrup or Honey

  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. Melt the coconut oil with syrup/honey.

  2. Mix everything in, put on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 mins, stirring regularly.

  3. Leave in a tin to cool and go crunchy.

  4. Keeps for 2 weeks in an air tight container.

  5. Add fruit, nuts, coconut flakes and seeds to taste.
