How Do I Use Affirmations?

Basically, you use positive sentences that you repeat to yourself daily to build up self-belief in the subconscious mind.



It's best to use affirmations that inspire and motivate you to be better and help to overcome inner barriers and self-doubt.


I believe it's best to say them in the morning because it's sets your day up by starting out in a positive frame of mind.


Short of time? Tape them on a sticky note in your car and say them out loud on your commute to work.


Use the Rosie daily affirmations and simply swipe through and find which ones resonate with you.


I know it's not for everyone - but I love a good solid swear word thrown in. I just feel it helps me reinforce my drive and can-do attitude haha! But I have included sweary and non-sweary ones.
