I've binged, what should I do now?


Firstly, don't panic and please don't you dare feel any shame.


It's happened now. So what next?


After a binge:


Drink lots of water - water flushes out toxins and will help eliminate water weight, reducing bloating.


Eat fruit and vegetables - your body will be nutrient deprived.


Do a workout - even if it's just a 4 minute Tabata workout. These are in the mini-challenges section. Your metabolism is proven to be boosted for several hours after you exercise.


Also, by moving your body and exercising you will sort out the head funk that's going on


BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY - move on!


You can't change what happened yesterday, but you can decide what happens tomorrow!
