Just Keep Swimming

This whole journey is going to be a rollercoaster for so many of you, and myself included.

Sometimes I go through days where I just want results, right now, this instant.

I start feeling like I’m sick of waiting when I’m putting in the work.

Sometimes it occurs when I’ve lost weight and feel myself getting fitter, but then there’s a week where I feel like I haven’t made as much progress as the week before.

It’s totally normal to feel like this.

Can you resonate?

I really have to work damn hard on my mindset on those harder days.

For me, this is where my past eating disorder starts triggering and I start thinking about wanting to eat less, doing more workouts, cutting out carbs, restricting myself, etc.

I have to really work on my mindset and stop myself from going down this route.

Because I know if I start doing this I just go straight back into that vicious cycle of binge, restricting, binge restricting and ultimately putting back on more weight than when I first started.

Just remember you are in control, and these are only feelings in your own mind.

You have the power, and you are doing everything right.

Keep moving forward, keep doing the workouts just as you have been, keep choosing the Rosie meals, keep drinking your water.

Just like Dory in Finding Nemo - just keep swimming.

Being consistent is how you are going to get the results you want 💪🏻💕
