1⁄2 Teaspoon Salt
Dry Batter
65g Flour
1⁄2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1⁄2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Method
Make your wet batter by combining the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl - mix well. Then add the dry batter to a different bowl and mix well.
Heat the oil in a large deep base pan. Dip the chicken in the wet batter, coating well then repeat this step with the dried batter.
Once the oil is hot enough, add the battered chicken to the pan and fry for around 3 minutes per side. Until golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix the mayo and hot sauce together and set aside.
Build your burger with a layer of the hot mayo, salad and add some jalapenos or gherkins if you have them in the fridge!
