Lemon Ravioli

10 Minute Lemon Ravioli. Super quick and easy - perfect for a weeknight meal.

Serves: 2 Time: 10 Mins



  • 25g Butter

  • 2 Shallots, diced

  • 200g Kale, shredded

  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced

  • 300g Fresh Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli (shop-bought)

  • Parmesan, grated to serve (optional)


  1. Perfect recipe for when you are short of time, instead of just cooking plain pasta, use this recipe to add extra nutritious greens in and turn a shop bought ravioli into something extra delish!

  2. Pop the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and allow to soften. Add the shallots and saute until translucent, then add the kale and cook gently until wilted.

  3. Next, add the zest and juice from the whole lemon and season to taste.

  4. Cook the ravioli according to the pack instructions. Once ready, drain and add to the pan with the shallots and kale.

  5. Toss well and serve with a small handful of grated parmesan on top!
