Serves: 4 Time: 10 minutes

  • 500g Beef Mince

  • 40g Breadcrumbs

  • 1 Large Egg, lightly beaten

  • 112ml Beef Broth

  • 4 x 135g Ciabatta Rolls

  • 120g Mozzarella, torn

  • 4 Tablespoon Basil, torn

  • 6 Sundried Tomatoes

  • 4 Tablespoon Balsamic Glaze

  • Meatballs from other meatball recipe

  • Use your meatballs already prepared from dinner.

  • I have included the ingredients and method just in case you want to make from scratch.

  1. Skip this step if you have already made your meatballs. In a large bowl, combine the beef, bread crumbs, egg, beef broth, and seasoning. Mix together with your hands making sure it's well combined. Then form into meatballs.

  2. Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat and begin to brown off the meatballs, once browned, reduce the heat and cook for 10 mins. Then remove and set aside.

  3. Half the ciabatta rolls, and pop them in the oven to warm through.

  4. Once they are ready, build your sub with mozzarella slices, sun dried tomato, basil, meatballs and a balsamic glaze!

  5. Serve and enjoy!
