Overnight Oats

4 Recipes for Overnight Oats. So easy and simple to make, and great for a quick grab breakfast.

Ingredients

Strawb-a-licious

  • 25g Rolled Oats

  • 170ml Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk

  • 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds

  • 50g Strawberries, chopped, plus extra for topping

  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey

  • 1⁄4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Berry Best

  • 50g Blueberries, plus more for toppings

  • 25g Rolled Oats

  • 170ml Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk

  • 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds

  • 1⁄4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey

  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon Cinnamon and 1⁄4 Teaspoon Nutmeg


Bananarama

  • 25g Rolled Oats

  • 170ml Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk

  • 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 Ripe Banana, mashed

  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey

  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon Cinnamon and 1⁄4 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Apple-y Ever After

  • 25g Rolled Oats

  • 170ml Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk

  • 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds

  • 1⁄2 Apple, diced

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1.5 Teaspoons Maple Syrup or Honey

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mason jar or a tupperware container is fine.

  2. Give a good stir then refrigerate overnight. If you have leftover fruit, slice and place on top of the pots. Enjoy for breakfast.

  3. Can be made up to 3 days in advance.

  4. If you are exercising, feel free to enjoy with extra fruit or a small sprinkle of your favourite nuts or granola on top!
