170ml Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk
2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
50g Strawberries, chopped, plus extra for topping
1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey
1⁄4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

50g Blueberries, plus more for toppings

170ml Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk

1⁄4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey
1⁄2 Teaspoon Cinnamon and 1⁄4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
Bananarama
25g Rolled Oats
170ml Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk
2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
1/2 Ripe Banana, mashed
1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey
1⁄2 Teaspoon Cinnamon and 1⁄4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
Apple-y Ever After
25g Rolled Oats
170ml Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk
2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
1⁄2 Apple, diced
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1.5 Teaspoons Maple Syrup or Honey
Method
Combine all ingredients into a mason jar or a tupperware container is fine.
Give a good stir then refrigerate overnight. If you have leftover fruit, slice and place on top of the pots. Enjoy for breakfast.
Can be made up to 3 days in advance.
If you are exercising, feel free to enjoy with extra fruit or a small sprinkle of your favourite nuts or granola on top!
