Pancetta & Feta Naan Pizza

15 Minute Pancetta & Feta Naan Pizza. So quick and easy to make, and all my fave pizza toppings. Plus it rhymes hehe!

Serves: 2 Time: 15 minutes



  • 40g Pancetta

  • 1 Garlic Glove, minced

  • 2 Tablespoon Green Pesto

  • 2 Small Naan (100g each)

  • 80g Mozzarella ball, squeezed/drained and torn

  • 30g Feta Cheese, crumbled

  • Bag of Rocket, or other salad

  • 150g Cherry Tomatoes

  • Balsamic Glaze

Optional Caramelised Onion

  • 1 Red Onion, sliced

  • 1 Tablespoon Chilli Jam, (Nandos sauces does a nice one)


  1. Heat the oven to 200C, and pop a large frying pan on medium heat. Once hot, throw in the pancetta and saute until cooked for 3-4 minutes. Once done, throw in the garlic and cook for a further 1 minute.

  2. If you are using the caramelised onion, saute the onions in a separate pan with a tiny drizzle of olive oil. Cook until translucent then transfer to bowl, add the chilli jam and stir to combine. Set aside for later.

  3. Next, add a tablespoon of pesto and smear oven your naan, repeat with the other one. Blob over the mozzarella and crumble over the feta. Season with salt and pepper, and maybe some chilli flakes if you have/want them!

  4. Once the pancetta is cooked, spread oven your naans evenly, along with the optional caramelised onion.

  5. Pop the naans on a baking tray and into the oven for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and bubbling. Meanwhile, prepare your salad on each plate. Serve everything with a drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top! Yum and so easy.
