Fresh Ingredients

  • 4 Large Parsnips, cut lengthwise into fries

  • 2 Red Onions, cut into wedges

  • Steamed Greens of your choice

  2. Next pop a large non-stick frying pan over high heat, season the pork and rub any remaining oil on, then fry on both sides until lightly browned.

  3. Finally, give the veg a shuffle, then pop the chops on top. Rub the remaining mustard on the chops and roast everything for a further 15 mins.

  4. When the pork is cooked, serve and enjoy with extra steamed greens.
