Pork Tandoori Kebab

25 Minute Pork Tandoori Kebab Oh my days, I am dreaming of summer BBQ nights.

Serves: 4 (easily halved) Time: 25 minutes



  • 600g Lean Pork, cut into cubes

  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger, grated

  • ½ Teaspoon Chilli Powder or Flakes

  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin

  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Ground Coriander

  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Ground Turmeric

  • 7 Tablespoons Natural Yoghurt

  • 1 Handful Fresh Coriander

  • 4 Large Wraps, GF if you like

  • Kebab Sticks

  • Salad for serving


  1. Throw the chopped pork into a dish along with the seasoning, garlic, dried spices and yoghurt. Coat well, then cover and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat the grill. Once the pork is ready, thread the pork onto 8 kebab sticks and place under the grill, brushing any excess sauce over them.

  3. Grill for 7 minutes, turning them halfway through so they cook evenly.

  4. Meanwhile heat your wraps quickly in the microwave.

  5. Serve your pork in a wrap with sprinkled coriander, a crisp green salad and any extra yoghurt on top. Yummy!
