Protein Banana Pancakes

Super easy alternative to a protein shake, packed with protein and vitamins!

Serves: 4 Time: 15 minutes



  • 225g cottage cheese

  • 80g rolled oats

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp olive or coconut oil


  • Sprinkle of icing sugar

  • Banana, sliced

  • 40g walnuts, crushed


  1. Whack all the ingredients (not the oil, or toppings) into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Heat ¼ of the oil in a large frying pan over a low-medium heat, then pour around 50g of batter per pancake, cook until you start to see bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes, around 1-2 mins. Then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown on both sides.

  3. Repeat until you’ve used all the batter. Top the pancakes with banana and walnuts and serve!
