Quick Pork Meatballs

15 Minute Quick Pork Meatballs. Super quick to make, and a proper home comfort dinner served with noodles.


Serves: 4 Time: 15 mins

 

Ingredients

  • 250g dried medium egg noodles

  • 12 fresh pork meatballs

  • 300g pak choi or broccoli

  • 6 tbsp teriyaki sauce

  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Cook the noodles following pack instructions. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the meatballs for 3 mins or until golden brown all over.

  2. Lower the heat and cook for 6 mins more.

  3. Quarter the pak choi, raise the heat, add the pak choi and cook for 3 mins.

  4. Stir through the teriyaki sauce and toss everything together with the drained noodles.

  5. Divide between bowls and serve.
