25 Minute Rosemary, Tomato & Olive Chicken. Really lovely dish, and so easy to make!

Serves: 2 Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 chicken breasts, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic,
Pinch of chilli flakes, crushed
small bunch of rosemary, chopped
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
8 black olives, pitted
100ml chicken stock
Method
Heat 2 teaspoon oil and brown the sliced chicken for 2-3 minutes. Add all other ingredients except the olives and cook for 20 minutes.
Then add the olives and serve with a big watercress and avocado salad.
