10 Minute Sesame Falafel Wrap. Little bites of heaven and ready in 10 minutes. Perfect lunch and dinner!

Serves: 4 Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
Falafel
400g Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 Shallots, halved
1 Garlic Clove
1⁄2 Red Chilli
Handful Of Fresh Coriander
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
100g Sesame Seeds
2 Tablespoon Flour
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Optional Extras
Tahini or Sweet Chilli Sauce
Wrap + Salad
1 Carrot, grated
60g Rocket
1⁄2 Cucumber, sliced
60g Cherry Tomatoes, halved
6 Tortilla Wraps
Method
Throw all the falafel ingredients (except the sesame seeds) into a food processor and blend together until its a rough wet texture. Season and blend again.
Next, make the patties by rolling a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into a ball. Do this with all the mixture - around 6 balls. Pop the sesame seeds onto a plate and roll each patty into the seeds, covering evenly. Then flatten to a burger shape.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the falafels, around 3 mins each side. Remove when ready and set aside.
Whack your wraps in the microwave quickly, then you can start building your wraps with salad + falafel patty.
Money Saving Tip - You will have 2 falafel patties spare so you can freeze these to have at a later date.
