Shmagel Bagel

5 Minute Shmagel Bagel. What a treat! So quick and easy to make - perfect for a weekend brunch.

Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes


 

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard

  • 2 Bagels, split

  • 2 Lettuce Leaves

  • 1 Beef Tomato, sliced

  • 1 Slice Red Onion, separated into rings

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • If you are following the workouts, add a slice of smoked salmon or ham

Method

  1. Toast your bagels per your preference.

  2. Combine mayonnaise and mustard together in a small bowl, then spread onto the cut side of the bagels.

  3. Build your bagels with the lettuce, tomatoes and onion.

  4. If you are following the workouts, add a slice of smoked salmon or ham

  5. Serve and enjoy with extra salad if you like.
