5 Minute Shmagel Bagel. What a treat! So quick and easy to make - perfect for a weekend brunch.

Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
2 Bagels, split
2 Lettuce Leaves
1 Beef Tomato, sliced
1 Slice Red Onion, separated into rings
Salt and Pepper to taste
If you are following the workouts, add a slice of smoked salmon or ham
Method
Toast your bagels per your preference.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard together in a small bowl, then spread onto the cut side of the bagels.
Build your bagels with the lettuce, tomatoes and onion.

Serve and enjoy with extra salad if you like.
