Slow Cooker Pork Ribs

Slow Cooker Pork Ribs. Super easy with sticky BBQ sauce, yes please!

Serves: 4 Time: 9 hours

Ingredients

  • 1.5kg Pork Ribs

  • 350g BBQ Sauce

  • 2 Pork Stock Cubes

  • 2 Bay Leaves

  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds

  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 1 Teaspoon Peppercorns

  • To serve - corn on the cob + salad of choice

Method

  1. Put 4 tablespoons of BBQ sauce along with the rest of the ingredients into your slow cooker. Top up with enough water to cover (roughly 1.5L).

  2. Slow cook on Low for 8 - 9 hours until very tender but not completely falling off the bone.

  3. Heat the oven to 220°C. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker using a slotted spoon or tongs. Handle them carefully as the meat will be very tender and may start to fall off.

  4. Baste with the remaining barbecue sauce and lay on a foil-lined oven tray.

  5. Cook for 20 – 30 mins until starting to crisp on outside.

  6. Meanwhile, cook your corn on the cob and make your big green salad to serve. Enjoy!
