Spag & Pork Meatballs

Ready in 25 mins, super easy to make and minimal ingredients.

Serves: 4 Time: 25 minutes



  • 400g lean pork mince

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 480ml passata

  • 15g fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 60g dry weight spaghetti per person


  1. Start cooking your pasta per pack instructions.

  2. Throw your pork into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add in the garlic. Mix with your hands thoroughly to combine. Then using 1 tbsp of mince, form meatballs roughly the size of a walnut.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan and cook the meatballs turning occasionally for 10 mins until browned and cooked through. Once done, set aside.

  4. In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and cook the onion for 3-4 mins until soft. Throw the meatballs back into the pan and add the passata. Season well, bring to the boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer for 10 more mins before garnishing with the parsley and serving with your pasta.
