Strawbs Delight Breakfast Smoothie. Super yummy and perfect for those with strong weight loss goals!

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes


 

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 tablespoon porridge oats

  • 40g strawberries

  • 75ml milk

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • A few ice cubes

Method

  1. Put the strawberries, one banana, porridge oats, honey and milk into a powerful blender with 100ml water.

  2. Blitz until smooth, then pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings and ice cubes if needed.
