Sunshine Porridge

Sunshine Porridge. Perfect for an energy boost before or after our Workouts.

Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes



  • 70g Frozen Berries, Raspberries would be perfect

  • 1 Orange, ½ sliced and ½ juiced

  • 75g Porridge Oats

  • 50ml Milk

  • ½ Banana , sliced

  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter, smooth (optional)


  1. In a pan simmer the orange juice and half of the frozen berries, until they soften, approx 5 mins.

  2. Meanwhile stir the oats, milk and 225mls water in a pan over a low heat until creamy.

  3. Top with the berries from the pan, the remaining frozen berries, sliced orange, sliced banana and peanut butter. YUM!
