Sunshine Porridge. Perfect for an energy boost before or after our Workouts.

Serves: 2 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
70g Frozen Berries, Raspberries would be perfect
1 Orange, ½ sliced and ½ juiced
75g Porridge Oats
50ml Milk
½ Banana , sliced
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter, smooth (optional)
Method
In a pan simmer the orange juice and half of the frozen berries, until they soften, approx 5 mins.
Meanwhile stir the oats, milk and 225mls water in a pan over a low heat until creamy.
Top with the berries from the pan, the remaining frozen berries, sliced orange, sliced banana and peanut butter. YUM!
