Teriyaki Glazed Drumsticks

45 Minute Teriyaki Glazed Drumsticks. So easy to make and great for lunch leftovers!

Serves: 4 Time: 45 minutes


 

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks

  • 670g Baby Potatoes, halved lengthwise

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • Unlimited Broccoli, cut into small florets

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 220°C and line a deep pan oven dish with greaseproof paper.

  2. In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, honey and minced garlic, Add some seasoning and mix well.

  3. Marinade the drumsticks in this sauce for as long as possible, 5 minutes minimum.

  4. Next, place the drumsticks and the potatoes in the pan, drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season well, then bake for around 20 mins.

  5. After 20 mins, pop the broccoli in, toss them around so they get some of the juices, brush any remaining glaze over everything then cook for a further 20 mins (making sure the chicken is cooked through).

  6. Once ready, divide the chicken, veg and crispy potatoes between bowls and enjoy!
