Tropical Sensation Breakfast Smoothie. Super yummy and perfect for those with strong weight loss goals!
Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 small banana
50g pineapple chunks
handful fresh spinach (you can't taste it, I promise)
200ml coconut milk (or any milk)
1tsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
Method
You can use frozen or fresh fruit. Prepare them in advance by chucking all the ingredients (apart from the milk) into a sealable bag and put in the freezer.
In the morning, just whack into the blender, add the milk and hey presto! Ready in 1 min.
