Tropical Sensation Breakfast Smoothie

Tropical Sensation Breakfast Smoothie. Super yummy and perfect for those with strong weight loss goals!

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes


 

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana

  • 50g pineapple chunks

  • handful fresh spinach (you can't taste it, I promise)

  • 200ml coconut milk (or any milk)

  • 1tsp peanut butter (or almond butter)


Method

  1. You can use frozen or fresh fruit. Prepare them in advance by chucking all the ingredients (apart from the milk) into a sealable bag and put in the freezer.

  2. In the morning, just whack into the blender, add the milk and hey presto! Ready in 1 min.
