Yoghurt & Granola Bowl. Perfect for an energy boost before or after our Workouts.

Serves: 1


Ingredients

  • 125g plain greek yoghurt

  • topped with fresh fruit - chopped strawberries or peaches, blueberries

  • or raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons granola or toasted nuts sprinkled over the top

  • optional for those exercising - 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder mixed in with the yoghurt
