Lamb Kebab Skewers

20 Minute Lamb Kebab Skewers. So fresh and flavourful, marinated lamb kebabs yum!

Serves: 4 Time: 20 minutes



  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon mint

  • 450g lamb steak, cut into cubes

  • 8 button mushrooms

  • 8 plum tomatoes

  • 1 green pepper, cubed

  • 2 small courgettes, cubed


  • Kebab sticks

  • Extra salad for the side

  • Balsamic vinegar for dressing

  • Green beans, steamed

  • Broccoli, steamed


  1. Marinate the lamb cubes overnight (if possible) in a resealable bag. Use the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and mint to marinade - plus some salt and pepper.

  2. Skewer the meat and the veggies onto kebab sticks, then grill turning every few minutes for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Serve over a bed of greens drizzled with balsamic vinegar (optional).
