Tuna Pasta Salad

15 Minute Tuna Pasta Salad perfect for lunches either at your desk at work or for those lucky enough to work from home. With only 15 minutes to make, you could even make this in the morning before work, or whilst you're cooking dinner the evening before. Easy peasy!

Serves: 4 Time: 15 minutes



  • 200g Small Pasta, dry weight (examples: penne, farfalle, fusilli, macaroni etc)

  • 240g Tuna, in spring water, drained

  • 400g Cherry Tomatoes, sliced

  • 100g Olives, pitted and sliced

  • 1 Bunch Fresh Parsley, chopped

  • 1 Bunch Fresh Basil, chopped

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced

  • Bag of Rocket or lettuce of your choice

  • Cucumber, sliced (as much as you like)


  • 60ml Olive Oil

  • ½ Lemon, juiced

  • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

  • ½ Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  • ½Teaspoon Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced


  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

  2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Season and mix well.

  3. Once the pasta is done, drain and return to the pan. Add all the remaining ingredients, the dressing and give everything a good mix.

  4. Serve immediately and store any leftovers in the fridge to enjoy cold the next day!
