15 Minute Charred Pork Steak. So easy, great for a weeknight speedy dinner.
Serves: 2 Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 x 150g Pork Steaks, fat trimmed, patted dry
Broccoli, cut into florets
Green Beans
2 Tablespoons Harissa Paste
50g Rice per person, or couscous
Method
Coat the steaks in the harissa paste evenly then heat a large non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
When nice and hot, add the steaks and cook for 4 mins each side. Then reduce to medium heat, put a lid on and cook for 5 more mins, or until thoroughly cooked.
Meanwhile, steam your green veggies and heat rice per instructions.
Serve the pork with your steamed veggies, rice and any juices poured on top!
