Charred Pork Steak

15 Minute Charred Pork Steak. So easy, great for a weeknight speedy dinner.

Serves: 2 Time: 15 minutes



  • 2 x 150g Pork Steaks, fat trimmed, patted dry

  • Broccoli, cut into florets

  • Green Beans

  • 2 Tablespoons Harissa Paste

  • 50g Rice per person, or couscous


  1. Coat the steaks in the harissa paste evenly then heat a large non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.

  2. When nice and hot, add the steaks and cook for 4 mins each side. Then reduce to medium heat, put a lid on and cook for 5 more mins, or until thoroughly cooked.

  3. Meanwhile, steam your green veggies and heat rice per instructions.

  4. Serve the pork with your steamed veggies, rice and any juices poured on top!
