Chicken + Ciabatta Kebab

20 Minute Chicken + Ciabatta Kebab. Oh my...charred bread and chicken, amazing BBQ flavours. Yum!

Serves: 4 Time: 20 minutes



  • 450g Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste

  • 50ml Olive Oil

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 1 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped

  • 8 Skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes

  • 1 Ciabatta or French Baguette, cut into cubes

  • Green Salad, of your choice (plus extra for tomorrow)


  1. Combine the tomato paste, oil, garlic cloves, and chopped parsley and seasoning in a bowl. Add chicken and toss well then pop it into the fridge for 10 mins.

  2. Once ready, heat the grill and begin to skewer the chicken and bread. Place them under the grill, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked and the bread is slightly charred.

  3. Garnish with parsley and serve with a big crisp green salad!
