Chicken Paella

20 Minute Chicken Paella. Perfect for a summers weekday evening, beautiful flavours!

Serves: 4 Time: 20 minutes



  • 2 Chicken Stock Cubes, dissolved in 200ml of boiling water

  • 1 Lemon, half juiced, half cut in to wedges

  • 2 Teaspoons Of Smoked Paprika

  • 1 Bunch Of Parsley, chopped roughly

  • 500g Chicken Breast, diced

  • 160g Green Beans, trimmed

  • 2 Packs Of Microwavable Rice

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 2 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil


  1. Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat, add half of the oil to the pan, then add the green beans and saute for a few minutes.

  2. Add the chicken along with the garlic and cook for two minutes more.

  3. Heat the rice according to the package instructions.

  4. Next, add the stock and paprika to the pan with the chicken, cover and cook for around 7 mins more, until the chicken is fully cooked.

  5. Finally add the rice and half of the lemon juice, mix until well combined.

  6. Serve with extra lemon wedges and enjoy!
