Ham & Humous Wraps

Recipe serves 1, double up the recipe to make for more. Perfect for make-ahead lunches.

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes



  • 2 multigrain flour tortillas

  • 4 tbsp. hummus

  • 30g sliced turkey ham (preferably use turkey ham) OR swap for meat-free version if vegetarian

  • 1 handful baby spinach

  • 4 tbsp. red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp. shredded carrots


  1. Spread the tortilla with hummus and top with sliced turkey ham, spinach, bell pepper, and carrots.

  2. Roll up each wrap and slice into rounds if you wish, or keep in one wrap.

  3. Will keep in fridge for 2-3 days, so easy to make-ahead for your lunches at work.
