Hawaiian Bowl

High protein breakfast. So colourful and fresh, lovely breakfast perfect for the weekends!

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes



  • 2 tbsp acai powder

  • 160g frozen mango

  • 1 medium banana

  • 50g frozen blueberries

  • 120ml unsweetened almond or oat milk

  • 4 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder


  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth, add water if you think it needs it.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your fave fruit toppings
