Sourdough Pizza

8 Minute Sourdough Pizza. Super easy, comfort food at its best! Great for lunch or dinner.

Serves: 2 Time: 8 minutes


Fresh Ingredients

  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes, halved

  • 5 Chestnut Mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 Balls Bocconcini Cheese, halved

  • 2 Slices Sourdough Bread

  • 1 Handful Basil, chopped (optional)

Cupboard Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano


  1. Heat the grill to high, then heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the olive oil, mushrooms and tomatoes, sauté for around 4 mins.

  3. Divide the cheese between the slices of sourdough, then top each slice with the tomatoes and mushrooms.

  4. Place under the grill cooking until the cheese has melted.

  5. Once done, remove and top with a sprinkle of oregano and the basil leaves!
